Over the span of three decades, I've transformed my passion into a thriving empire of dance studios.

From teaching dance in my parents’ garage to owning multiple studios with over 1000 students and teams of 30+ staff, so I've seen it, lived it and survived it all!

Renowned as a highly respected figure in the industry, I wear multiple hats as a studio owner, business coach, mastermind mentor and mum to 2 beautiful girls.

My no-nonsense approach, coupled with innovation and proven methodologies, has helped many turn their passion for dance into successful, profitable studios with impressive growth and revenues exceeding six figures.

Beyond my dance background, I bring a diverse range of experiences and qualifications. With 13 years of service in the Child Protection and Sex Crimes Squad as a Police Officer, it provides a unique perspective to my work. I've also pursued higher education in Psychology (PSY111) and Communications (COM120) at CSU, as well as Health and Fitness (SRF40206) and Dance Teaching and Management (CUA50311) to enhance my knowledge and skills.

As an accomplished author, I wrote “Teaching Dance Beyond The Steps,” receiving critical acclaim. You'll find me as a frequent guest expert on stages, including the Australian Dance Festival and Victorian Dance Festival, where I impart valuable insights to the dance community. My expertise has also been prominently featured in publications like Dance Informa magazine.

These days, I spend my time supporting dance studio owners and creatives to simplify and scale their business for growth, impact, and profit.
